Title Source, a subsidiary of Rock Ventures, is one of the largest independent providers of title insurance, property valuations and settlement services in the nation. The company is a provider to five of the top twenty Fortune 100 companies, and many of the largest residential mortgage lenders.[4] In July 2012, the company consolidated its suburban workforce of approximately 1500 employees to a single location in downtown Detroit's First National Building.[2] Title Source currently employs nearly 3,000 team members and maintains regional operating centers in California, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas. They were named Detroit Free Press Top Workplace for six consecutive years.

Proprietary Technology
In 2005, Title Source developed TAG, a proprietary title production system.
In 2009, the company developed, ATLAS, a proprietary technology platform that allows clients to manage preferences and prioritize orders and work flows. It is fully integrated with multiple LOS, RealEC, FNC/CMS and EPN systems.
Title Source developed multiple mobile apps, such as MySignings and MyAppraisals to support and enhance communications with a nationwide network of nearly 15,000 partner agents and providers.

Services span from simple single property mortgage coverage to complex, multibillion-dollar portfolio acquisitions.
